A beautiful lake dotted with islands, carp to 13lbs, ghosts, mirrors and commons provide rod bending sport all year round with pleasure weights to 300lbs. Tench, crucians and bream give great silver sport even in the depths of winter.

The Pines
A pretty, sheltered lake nestling against a copse of mature pine trees; tench (green and golds nudging 4lbs), crucians to 3lbs, bream, perch and roach make this a silver fish haven.

Woody's
A pleasure angler's dream, the carp average 7lbs; large and original commons and mirrors now almost top 20lbs. Large bream to 8lbs plus tench to 6lbs and quality crucians and perch. The surprise in Woody are it's eels, caught to 6lbs.

Joseph's
The lodge lake for residents only during the week, the carp now average 10lbs with a sprinkling of 20s going to 25lbs.
Huge perch to 4lbs 8oz roam this gorgeous 9 acre lake. Large bream and roach plus a few surprises make this a favourite lake of many visitors.
